16. Using our Booking Service (10% commission)
We are happy to handle your customer enquiries which can be a hassle if you are busy. We liaise with client and discuss their requirements. We will then contact you for quotes and once the booking is finalized and the client is happy, we collect a deposit payment to confirm the booking and supply you and the client with a booking confirmation.
You invoice us for 90% of the charter fee of which we will pay 20% to confirm the booking and the balance of 70% four weeks before the charter date. In case of a customer cancellation, the deposit payment is not refunded. In case of a customer cancellation within 4 weeks of the charter a refund is made at your (operator) discretion.
If you (operator) cancel the charter a full refund must be given.
